Profit Check showed my ankle-weight set was losing $1.80 per order once shipping, fees and refunds were counted. I moved the price from $39.99 to $44.99 and added a resistance band bundle. Same ad spend, and margin went up 18 points.

I had never built a store. AI Store Builder had mine live in one afternoon, and Product Radar gave me a portable bottle warmer to start with. First sale on day four, and three months in it covers my rent.

Store X-Ray showed my biggest competitor makes most of their money from a mount-plus-cable bundle, not the mount alone. I built my own bundle and my average order went from $35.50 to $44

Product Radar showed a self-cleaning slicker brush with a saturation score of 28 while everyone else was selling the same chew toys. Landed cost was $5.40 and I sell it at $24.99. Three weeks after the first test it was my bestseller, and it still is.

Before I test anything, I check Ads Spy for ads that have run for 60+ days. A collapsible food-storage set had one running for 74 days, so I knew it was profitable for someone. I went from testing ten products a month to three, and my hit rate tripled.
